If someone could explain something to me I would appreciate it..My husband is USC and I am a LPR we sent an I130, 485 and 765 for my 18 yr old daughter . She is Canadian, my orginal 485 got denied because we forgot to attach a stupid Schedule C on our afidavid of support. The letter said she had been denied and had 30 days to leave on her own and that they had NOT started removal proceedings..I have sent in a motion to reopen the decision and an explanation of why the schedule C was not originally sent ( long story). They have cashed my check for $585 on June 24 for this motion.

I have now received a Text message on July 1st saying that our I-130 application has been approved. What does this mean??? does it mean that my daughter now does not have to leave??

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
