I know, right!?

"Here's a passport and a free pass to go live in a America. I trust you're the person this is intended for."

Edited to let you know that Ian is in Essex, so I don't know if his relative close proximity to London had anything to do with how quickly they were able to deliver the visa to him.

Where in Essex? My husband grew up in Hainault and Ilford, but later moved to Brixham in Devon.

Small world, huh?

Very small world - but it is a relatively small island too.

Ian grew up in Billericay, but lived for many years at Southend on Sea.

Congrats! We filed for the K-1 and are waiting for our NAO2 at the moment. Our interview will be in London also. Would you like to share your experience so that we know what to expect? Thanks and congrats again.

I wish you well with your journey.. As soon as you get your approval you will be given a link to a website to tell you to fill in a few forms to send back to them.. This is normally a really quick procedure, then when they send you your interview date they will also ask if you have had your medical yet. You book this yourself. You must have your medical before the interview, and thankfully the medical is a breeze.. Here is some other things you will need for your interview

I hope you have braced yourself for a lot of form filling. Although mine has taken quite a while, and at times been very stressful it has all been worth it. Trust me this site helps so much.. I wish you well on your Journey and if you need any help we are all here for you.. :)
