Hello Everyone reading this topic of mine,

as u can see to my Signature or time line. we got the Noa2 june 3. and the NVC receive our document late by june 16, till now they dont sent it yet in USEM. they the operator say @administrative review @

My hubby have a court record, is that what is mean?? can anyone explain me this. and how long it till take to process... i am going to kindly reply thank you and god bless... (F) (F)

First of all, if you're filing for K-1 then he's not your hubby *yet* and you need be be careful to remember that whenever you talk to anyone with USCIS, DoS, St Lukes etc.

Second, you husband's criminal record will only be a problem if it is for a specific type of crime: Domestic Violence/Abuse or Sexual Offense.

should be sent to the consulate within a month... it could be an additional check resulting from the case being flagged due to criminal record... does ot mean it will get denied, just that they are making sure everything is in order before it is sent to the consulate...

when he call in monday they say they will sent it before this end of this week but when he call again today its say administrative review....
