I'm filing for a CR-1/ IR-1 visa for my Wife and including I-130's for my 2 kids. Is the $355 filing fee for for the whole packet or do I need to include a $355 filing fee for all three I-130's. I know that I sound like a cheap ####, but I just want to make sure I'm sending the right amount.

The $355 is a filing fee. File three, pay three filing fees. If you want CR1, why post in the K3 visa forum?

355 each petition.

There are fees at NVC, as well, when the approved petitions arrives to NVC -

AOS/I-864 - 70, but you get a break there, as it's ONE AOS fee for all 3 cases.

IV/DS-230 - 400 each casefile.
