Hi!

Need you help again....

My husband called up the NVC and ask if they already received the AOS Package that he sent and they told him that they already received it but when he ask it through email they told us that they haven't yet receive it.. We are so confused about it... Which is more reliable the NVC or the email inquiry?

I would go by what the NVC operator said but if you are still unsure why not try calling again; see if you get a different operator but the same answer :) Good luck!
