you can FedEx the document but make sure fedex delivers to PO Boxes also I sent mine USPS and it worked out just as well.....I sent mine overnight with USPS which was a lot cheaper than fedex also make sure you are mailing your documents to the right place because I believe they have changed the intake process of where the documents go so just double check those things and you should be good.....Good Luck

I mailed Priority US Mail and it got there in three days. After waiting 10 months for her to arrive, one or two extra days is not a big deal. Do what you want.

Why not? Because you are entering into a months long prcess, why pay $30 to get it there 2 days faster and then send it to a place that requires a person to sign for it which often causes it to be delivered to the mail room later?

My suggestion to anyone contemplating this...

Send it USPS delivery confirmation. Send a check for the $28 you save to me instead.

I get a huge corporate discount on Fedex....its actually the same price as USPS...and anything that shaves days off the process (in theory) even if its one day is worth any price, to me. I sent the Packet via Fedex last night, it just arrived at the CA service center...

You can still send me a check for $28

In general, sending by Fedex is not such a great idea and do not depend on it to "save one day". While USPS is delivered to the mail room, by USPS every day (at least at VSC and I presume at CSC)Fedex requires a signature and it can actually be no faster to arrive in front of someone that wil.l actually do anything with the package.

I DO recommend that anyone use some sort of delivery confirmation when sending anything to the government.
