there is a note on that question , you cannot count twice a single person.as you are sponsoring your wife its already mention there!you and your wife.dont put any 1 on the question where it is stated "if you are married then type 1" cause if you type 1 again then it will count your wife twice!just put a 0 over there and all together it will be 2 (you and your wife)

I hope this will answer your question :)

On your daughter's affidavit don't count her as a dependent child because she's already counted as the immigrant but do count your wife, as she is not already counted on the daughter's affidavit. On your wife's affidavit, count your daughter as a dependent. Do not list or count her as a family member. Leave her out of the section that asks about other family members BECAUSE it also says don't list anybody for whom a separate petition has been filed.

There have been recent changes to the forms. Be sure to use the most current or you may receive an RFE

2, for me the AOS bill shows "paid", this means ds-3032 accepted ?( i sent via e-mail )

They acknowledged our email and began sending documents to both of us. Have USC call them if you have concern.

3, my COA is ma wife in US. all further mailings are done to only her in US ? (i mean the i-864 and ds-0230 )

You must fill in the DS-230 completely and sign Part I. Fill in Part II but DO NOT SIGN (Part II must be signed when at interview). Very good reading here on VJ about speeding up the application process.

The I-864 is filled in and signed by the sponsor (refers to sponsors ability to support)
