How do you delete Watched Topics that I get email notification from?

You can also configure your default notification settings (here), which would let you continue to watch topics without notification by default -- and then you can manually change the ones you want to get email for. I do this, because I use the auto-follow for topics I've posted in, which lets them show up on the front page when there's a response, but I don't want VJ to be constantly bothering me with updates via email. :)
