Hell, local authorities should take matters into their own hands anyway if confirmation is made that one is an illegal. Toss 'em. They're surely close enough, especially on some of those border towns. Finger print them, keep record, tell if they ever cross the border illegally again, they'll be excuted.

You are missing her point. If you want to be taken seriously, there is no need to use such moronic verbiage.

You have also failed to address my question posed to you. What will arizona do with people who are detained, who are only being detained for being an illegal alien? They have no jurisdiction to deport them, and ICE is so overburdened, and understaffed and funed to actually deport a vast majority of them.

What will happen is that they will be released - and the State lawmakers, who cooked up this law for political reasons, will be able to go on TV and claim that the Federal government is hampering their ability to enforce their own laws. This law is more an exercise in public relations than it is in law enforcement.

It's a complete disregard for the laws of our land for them to be. If the problem won't listen to reason, you eliminate the problem. You're giving them a fair shake in sending them back with a warning. They make the ultimate choice to come back on over.

They won't leave until there is no incentive for them to be there. So until there is some employer side enforcement component, they won't.
