Congratulations! So, when's the wedding?:D

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Thank you for all the wishes guys, I am sorry I was not on earlier as I broke my toe and had to get 5 stitches 2 days after I entered the US! I am doing good now, just on pain meds! The stitches come off in about a week!

Congrats! Look forward to reading your POE review as I'm considering Lester B Pearson as my POE. Just worried how long the whole process will take to activate the visa. How early did you arrive the airport before your flight? I'll watch out for your review.

Okay guys, here's the long awaited review for my POE! (Sorry for the delay):

I got to the Pearson Airport, Toronto at around 12 am with a couple of my friends (I lived in Oshawa and due to lack of transportation, getting early to the airport was my only option). Anyways, I managed to get through those 4 long hours and finally it was time for the much awaited dreadful POE!!!

However, I can't believe how easy the POE was!

The Customs and Immigration usually starts operating at 4am, however, that day, they started at around 4:30am. Anyways, it was soon my turn. You won't believe what kind of "royal" treatment the K-1's are given (haha). The first CBP officer just asked me a few questions, I told him I was activating my K-1 visa and he said "Sure-thing" and smiled at me. He asked me for the mystical sealed envelope. Then, he took my finger prints and pointed me to the secondary. I was the first one in the Secondary but surprisingly was followed by a lot of people. The officer in there din't ask me any questions, he took my finger prints once again andd asked me to sit. He was training another CBP officer who verified my "finger-printing" and "name-search" records. The reason I know this was because I was sitting really close to their desk. I was in there for about 45 minutes as a ton of people came in so my processing was interrupted a lot. However, at the end, he called out my name, and asked me whether I was familiar with the rest of the process. I told him I was and he stamped my I-94, wrote down my alien number on the back and told me that I was all set to go.

I thanked him for his help and he wished me "Good Luck"!

I hope my review helps the fellow VJ'ers!

P.S. - I had about 4 bags and they decided to tumble in the Secondary after the officer told me that I was all set to go! So, I apologized to him to which he said, "No worries buddy, take your time... That's your house you are taking with you!" to which I laughed and thanked him again!
