7 out of 9 Illegal Immigrants Arrested in Tucson are Sex Offenders

Nine criminals, legal or otherwise are a drop in the proverbial bucket. The thread and first 'heck ya! I knew it!' posts indicate a remarkable inability to put this story into perspective.

You mean like this hey:

I did find this interesting: Crimes committed by foreign nationals, including illegal aliens on American soil, are not tracked, recorded, or reported by the FBI or the Justice Department as being committed by foreign nationals. This includes all crimes: from acts of terrorism committed by illegals- to illegal alien criminals who are currently molesting, raping, killing, and murdering Americans in shocking numbers. Not only are the victims of illegal alien crime ignored and forgotten, they aren’t given even the dignity of being a statistic. They just disappear.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Interestingly enough it is extremely hard to find crime stats with illegal aliens specifically identified in any reports.

Why is this being excluded or hidden?

They aren't made a special statistic. While the stories on your "True cost of illegal aliens" link are tragic, it is an attempt, like this threads title and OP to encourage a conclusion not supported by facts.

Accidents, murders, violent crime, drugs will all continue to be problems even if there were magically zero illegal aliens. And to get to zero would be neither easy, cheap, nor non-invasive on USC's and Legal Residents.

Okay I see what you are saying. The lives of Americans are worth less (collateral damage) than the odd case of a naturalized Latino American being detained. I'd like to see you go to a family member of one of these deceased and say to their face that while you regret what happened to them, you'd rather it be them than have a Latino America be inconvenienced. God forbid that happens hey, oh the tragedy.

Now you go find me one first world country that shares your view. Heck, you cannot even visit Canada or Australia as a former criminal let alone setup shop there.

Criminals and Illegals are not interchangeable terms that mean the same thing. Australians murder fellow Australians. Australians are involved in tragic accidents involving fellow Australians. Where is the Utopia of which you speak?

The potential for an illegal alien to commit a crime is reduced dramatically when policies and laws are in place to prevent them from roaming freely; as is the case abroad. Furthermore, why do you think first world countries have immigration systems with extensive background checks? To weed out any criminals from entering their country. Immigration is a privilege not a right; while for for criminals it is neither.

There are two MAJOR problems with open borders.

1. You don't know who is coming into your country. It's just too easy for a convicted killer, drug baron or rapist to walk into the US.

2. Like the guy who beheaded his wife with a chainsaw in Texas the other day, it's just too easy to jump back into Mexico and avoid prosecution.

I live in Tucson and it is overrun with illegals. We don't need any more illegals here or anywhere.

We had to pay a lot of money for my hubby to be here legally and so should everyone else-or the government can give us our money back! If we had open borders (hell, we practically do here in Az anyhow as they do what they want!) it would be even worse than it is now. Not all illegals are pedophiles, but the one's from Mexico seem to be! (The single men) When I was a kid me and my friend would go to the market to get candy and "they" would catcall to us young girls on the way to the store (we were flat chested 11 year olds) Yep, "they" were about 15 Mexican men who couldn't speak English all boarded up in a one bedroom house unemployed (I say that because they were outside loitering, bored all the time, unemployed because they were illegal! Found out they were this girl at our schools extended "family" who probably molested her too so horny they were! Not to worry, I used my bad Spanish to call them to a park baseball field across the street insinuating sex would occur (all of them happily followed us) and then let my German Shepard on them and ran. My dog came home happy an hour later and they didn't harass us again!

Bleeding hearts go to hell!
