i know u guys have repeated this sooo many times.

so my case status shows as approved online. hardcopy will be received b4 friday, hopefully.

and i should keep on calling the NVC to c if my case is available and give the operator 2 email addresses right?

once that's done, i should tell my husband to send in the ds3032 right away or wait for NVC to send me an email to send ds3032????

thanx for ur time guys really appreciate the help.

IR-1 / CR-1 Visa

2010-04-19: approved online wohoooo

2010-04-24: NOA2 hardcopy received

2010-04-26: gave 2 email addresses and assigned case #

2010-04-27: received/sent ds3032, AOS bill

2010-05-01: IV bill became available online/paid

2010-05-06: sent in DS230 package via express mail 9:07am

2010-05-11: NVC acknowledges the receipt of AOS on 05/05

2010-05-13: operator told me that AOS sent to supervisor for review....

2010-05-14: AVR changes to received the checklist letter response on 5/13

2010-05-23: RFE for original birth cert. (i did sent original).......arghhh

2010-05-24: BC under review by some department

2010-06-02: sent in original BC again and previous BC is still under review

2010-06-10: NVC recognizes BC into their system

2010-06-15: BC under review

2010-06-21: SIF!!!!!omggggg soo happy 57 days in NVC process

2010-06-28: interview on Aug. 19, 8am.

2010-08-19: interview went fine but he's put into AP :(

2011-01-09: almost 5 months in AP "still pending"

2011-02-06: 5 and half months and still counting......when is this torture going to end....

2011-02-20: 6 months still no answer..........

2011-03-08: more than 200 days passed in AP..................(

2011-03-24: visa has been issued today. hurayyyyyyyyyy finally wait is overrrr.

2011-03-26: got the passport wohoooo

yup i do, i have everything prepared, like cover letters, email ds3032, ds230 package and I-864 package(almost). just waiting to get the visa #.

hope everything works out for u as well. u should tell USCIS to put up a service request that ur case has past due processing time.

it looks like u and I applied in the same month but in my case i received my citizenship 3 weeks ago.

Make sure your spouce sign the ds3032 b4 it is sent to you.

yup i'll save the letter format draft in his email and ask him to send it from his computer. but do ihave to wait for NVC to send me actual ds3032 form in email b4 i could send the letter format choice of agent

can i ask my husband to fill/print and sign the ds3032 and mail it to me?? is it okay to mail the ds3032 on his behalf from here?

what should i do where it says place ur case barcode strip at the top

You aren't able to mail it on his behalf, it needs to come from him. Sending in a hard copy via snail mail is a waste of time though. When you have the NVC case number and have given an operator your email addresses they'll email you the request for the DS3032 within a couple of days, and just get him to send an email based on the template for the form, it will be much faster.
