I thought NVC was closed on Saturdays?

The NVC Hotline closes at midnight, EST (GMT -5) , M-F.

As to 'the right time' - hard to say, sorry.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

have him try to call first thing in the morning or like 1130 pm eastern time. I know it is hit or miss when i was trying to call them. Sometimes it would take only a couple of times and others I would try for a little while...wait and try again.

Yeah, best times to call for me were in the even, about 7-8pm my time. They still are busy most times, just less busy at those times. I got through once almost every night for two weeks while in additional processing. I never tried the email route, I read that was very slow.
