I apologise for being an idiot in advance as I am sure these questions are very simple, but I am just double checking.

I arrived in the US late last year on a K1 visa and married my amazing wife within the required 90 days. I am now completing an I-485 for my AOS and could do with a couple of questions answering for me. So if you have completed this process I would really appreciate the help if you can spare a couple of minutes. Thanks in advance.

On the form Part 1 it asks for my "Current USCIS Status" What is my current status in the US?

On Part 3 it asks "In what Status did you last enter?" Is that as simple as 'K1 Visa Holder'?

And finally, which number on my visa is my Nonimmigrant Visa Number? Is it the Control Number in the top right corner?

Again, sorry for asking silly questions but I just want the form to be correct and I would rather look stupid than get an RFE. lol.

Your current status is K-1 visa holder

You last entered as K-1 visa holder (yepp, that simple)

The non-immigrant visa number is the number printed in red on your visa, kinda in the lower right corner.smile.gif

Good luck for your AOS!

This would be the number printed in Red.

I would simply follow the example forms (Example I-485) for all the questions you asked. It still applies to you even though you're filing a bit late. Its a pretty straight forward process.
