well, my american finacee is american , and i think i won;t be there when she give birth , but my question , can she add me name to the baby birth certificate as a father of the baby or i need to be there to do that?

You don't need to be there for her to list you as the father.

Not sure if it the same in all States so she will need to check this out but in some States she would just complete a Birth Certificate application form, list you as the father (and of course complete all the other required information and then have it signed and sealed in front of a Notary.

Just ask her to check it out! She may need nothing from you.

hi im from america and i had a friend of mine who had a baby here and wasnt married and the dad wasnt there for the birth either , he ran out what a pig,, ugh but anyways they asked her who the father was she told them and that was it, put it on the birth certificate at the hospital,.it was that simple

Above advice correct, no presence required if she so desires your name to be added to the birth certificate...

Same in the hospital where we had children. We filled out a form and the hospital sent it to the county. There was no additional information required. No paternity tests or DNA tests. The mother is free to list any name she chooses for the father, of course that doesn't necessarily make it so.
