hey every body

i had some queastions for my frindes her from egypt :

1 ) how can i know that nvc send my package to egypt ?

2 ) how i can know that the embassy get my package from nvc ?

3 ) how did they let me know about my medical , did they call or is a letter and which good hospitals to go , and which hospitel is good and did they tell me about my medical result ?

4 ) how did i know about my interview date ? , did they send a letter or what ?

5 ) did my fiancee is allowed with me in interview , and if its allowed with me did i have to send embassy a letter thats she will be with me or what , in case they not allowed here with me did if i show them her passport it will help also or not ?

6 ) did it make a diff if my fiancee with me ( need an answer from frindes here get they fiancee with them in interview ) ?

I am sorry I replied to your recent e-mail before reading this one, so here is my answer to your questions:

1 ) how can i know that nvc send my package to egypt ?

NVC sends you a letter stating that they have received an approved I-129 petition on behalf of you and that the will send the petition to the Consular in Cairo. You or your fiance can also call NVC (2 weeks after NOA2) and ask them if they have received the petition fron VSC and they may even tell when it was shipped via DGL

2 ) how i can know that the embassy get my package from nvc ?

You can track down the DHL package using a method described by some VJ members (you will have to search it on VJ)

3 ) how did they let me know about my medical , did they call or is a letter and which good hospitals to go , and which hospitel is good and did they tell me about my medical result ?

The Cairo Consulate will NEVER call you. Once they received your apporved I-129F fron NVC, the will DHL package 3 which will contain blank forms and instrucations, including where to take your physical exam. Once you completed all the requirements, you then sent the package back to the Consulate and they will send you Package 4, with an appointmen date for the inteviesw

I believe Fiancees can attend the interview but I don't think it is required unless the consulate specifically asked for it. In many case, it is believed that having a Fiance at the interview is a big plus to appoving a visa. If you do so, you don't need to write a letter to the consulate becuase this is your own decision.
