ANYONE WITH A NOA1 DATE AFTER JUNE 15 HAS RECEIVED THEIR NOA2 IN THE LATEST WHIRLWIND OF APPROVALS

May 2001 Met online

May 2005 Finally Made first visit

May 2006 Second visit

]uly 17, 2006 mailed I-129F to TSC

July 18, 2006 received delivery notification from USPS

July 21, 2006 NOA1 mailed from CSC

July 26, 2006 NOA1 received from CSC

Oct 20, 2006 NOA2

Nov 15 2006 Left NVC

Mar 1 2007 Interview Date

Mar 6 2007 Visa Granted

Mar 17 2007 JfK POE (enjoyed NY for a week)

Mar 25 2007 Arrived in the my cityb]

Ummm, ursy, it seems that they're following the dates when they got the RFEs. Worrying about the NOA1 dates would only bring you more stress and frustration...

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

BECAUSE i HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN RFE , I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO USE THE NOA1 DATE FOR NOW. IT HAS BEEN WORKING FOR ME . I HAVE PREDICTED THAT MOST OF THE PEOPLE THAT RECENTLY RECEIVED NOA2 FROM CSC HAVE NOA1 DATES IN MAY AND EARLY JUNE. I THINK MOST OF THE PEOPLE IN LATE JUNE (AFTER THE 15) ARE IN THE NEXT STACK AND HAVE BEEN AT LEAST TOUCHED OR HAVE RFE SENT OUT. THEY WILL BE THE NEXT TO BE APPROVED MOST LIKELY BY THE END OF AUGUST OR FIRST OF SEPTEMBER. THE IMBR FROM MARCH AND APRIL ARE EXCEPTIONS AND ARE IN A DIFFERENT BATCHES. ALSO I CAN SEE EACH CSC EMPLOYEE ARE GIVEN CERTAIN COUNTRIES TO WORK .
