Ok, who HASN'T gotten approved?

I am sure I am not the only one feeling this way, but I am VERY happy for those of you that got approved. That being said, which way is the approval line flowing. I have seen people with cases after OURS by a month getting approved at CSC, while others waiting even before our case aren't getting approved.

What is the order in this chaos?

Also, CSC has some brilliant people working there. See the response I got below. I am sick and tired, and tired and sick of all this Immigration BS. I am ready just to move, at least there you get approved in 30 days and immdiate work permit. I hate winters anyway here in Iowa.

Subject: I-129F Approval

Good Day,

I am writing the CSC because we have been waiting 120+days and 80+ business days for our NOA2. The last touch was with the receipt of the RFE we sent back for IMBRA. I can get the updated dates from the website, and they aren’t much help as they aren’t updated on a very consistent basis. I also don’t know where the NSC transfers stand. Can you please tell me where my case stands?

My information is as follows:

Receipt Number: LIN0XXXXXX

Fiancée’s Name: XXXX

Petioners Name (my name): XXX

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

my guess is the petitions are being reviewed for approval after the imbra rfe comes back (if you are in that bunch). as for those who filed the post imbra i-129f, no clue where those would fit in, but i'd guess that the post imbra rfe ones have priority over those until the caseload is light enough for them to include those.

see this link as it shows a pattern of them working on cases in the same date rage and issuing noa2's

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;#entry346688

best wishes for a speedy noa2

You are not alone - I'm feeling crappy too. Don't worry about McClennan at CSC - he has no idea what he is talking about . . .

I am waiting with you!!

I am tired of waiting as much as anyone (I have not seen my fiance since Sept 2 of last year), but I really believe that we are witnessing the relief of the backlog. I know that is not much consolation for those of us that were not yet blessed by the visa fairy, but I really think that we are almost there.

I know it is hard seeing others approved after your filing date, especially when they filed a lot after. If things were perfect CSC would be respecting the NOA1 dates, *especially* for the people with the recalled petitions. I can't even imagine what they are going thru.

All that said, I think a bunch of approvals are going to keep happening at very fast pace. Hang in there just a little longer... It will be very soon now... Maybe it will be today!

I know how you feel. Today I started feeling like : Are we the last couple in this forum with a mid march application that has not been approved. I am very happy for every one else too, but I feel like what is wrong with my case, that people that applied a month later or more are getting approved.
