hello avaryone first my anglish is not good

i know a women from usa and i want to do visa k1 but she get just 400 $ every months is it problem

At the interview they did not even look at our income information. Morocco does accept co-sponsors tho.

At the interview they did not even look at our income information

Rest Assured that the CO did indeed look at the income information and if the USC's income was not at 125% of the poverty guidelines the visa would have either been denied or you would have needed a co-sponsor.

$400 per month does not qualify the petitioner for a K-1 visa or any other type. A co-sponsor will definitely be needed. More importantly - how on earth can 1 person survive on that income. much less 2 when the beneficiary arrives?

CO's do not always look at income DURING the interview but they always make a determination as to the public charge concern. If the G325a shows the petitioner's occupation as high income with stable employment, that may be the extent of the evaluation as long as an affidavit of support is in the file.

In this case, I would expect a whole lot more problems than can be solved with a co-sponsor. In general, coming from the high fraud countries, the lower the petitioner's income, the more scrutiny everything about the case will receive. The first hurdle will be how to pay for her travel to meet in person.
