Hi, I finally received a schedule for the AOS interview. We (my two minor daughters and me) filed our papers all at the same time and was received June 20, 2006. My 15 yr old received her schedule for interview - Aug. 22. I received mine today for Sept. 12 (2:30pm) and also for my youngest daughter Sept. 12 but at 3:15pm. Shouldn't USCIS schedule family based petitions at the same time?

My question is, can't we all go all the same time? I'll have to accompany them anyway since they are minors. Anyone ever had this kind of experience? I called the call center but the lady just told me that I would have to write USCIS about it and that may delay the interview.

You could make an Infopass appointment and see what they tell you there.

My daughter's AOS interview was on a different date than mine (because she followed-to-join a year after I came to the U.S.) and it was very simple and straight-forward.

I'm just a little surprised that your daughter's interview would be before yours, just in case yours was denied for some reason (not that it will be, but just in case it was). I think your best bet is to try to schedule an Infopass appointment to find out what you should do about it.

Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. I made an Infopass appointment and it's for Aug. 15. That's a week before my daughter's interview. I hope they would consider interviewing us all on that date.
