Hi to all... I am new in this site and was hoping if anybody can share some thoughts on some petition questions. I am a USC and is in the process of preparing my spouse's I-130. on the portion which the petitioner also has to fill up a g325a biographic info I have read the instructions that "except for your name and signature... you dont have to repeat on form g325a the information given on your form I-130"???? quite confusing... as it states here in this site that petitioner needs to fill out a completed and signed g325a??? I just need clarification to anybody who had undergone this process already...

another question that I have is I am also preparing a separate I-130 for my 3 yr old child. and just based solely on the I-130 instructions that "If petitioner is filing for a child (my 3 yr old daughter) and you are the father (words taken exactly from I-130 instructions) they are just requiring petitioner to submit a copy of child's birth certificate showing both parents name and your marrigae certificate. ok that I have no problem providing that....but.. is that just all of it? no 2x2 pictures? g325a mine and my daughter's? other supporting documents just like in my wife's I-130...? it just sounds so simple to be true on the child I-130. anybody can shed light and details on this one? Again I am new to this site and to this immigration process any help is more than welcome. many thanks

your child doesn't need the g325 forms sent, just for your wife. You both have to fill one out, 2x2 pics go with the g325. Can your child be a USC through you?

you do not need to send in passport pictures of your child with the I130. Also submit your marriage certificate.

Hi there again. when u sent your wife's and son's 1-130 application did you send in together in one mail so that when USCIS receives it they will be processed at same time so that when the interview comes they'll have to be together? thanks!
