Translation Annotations

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working on translating some e-mails to for the I-129F form so that when it gets sent to the Consulate, they'd have beforehand some proof of relationship (I currently have 24 emails, but I wonder if this is too much or too little at this point in time). I did some searching, but I couldn't find any guidelines for how to format the translation. Do I re-write the whole e-mail on a separate sheet of paper fully translated or do I make the annotations by hand?

Also for the other 'proof of having met' documents (ticket stubs, hotel records, etc) required by the I-129F, what's the best method for annotation? There seems to be a myriad of ways to go about this, so I thought I should ask to learn from others. Thank you very much.

So, your e-mail conversations are in Japanese?

If it was in English, you don't need translation, I think...

They're a mixture of both Japanese and English. There are some e-mails with the subject in Japanese (and the contents all in English) and other e-mails with the subject in Japanese but the contents are a mixture of paragraphs in English and Japanese. Had we known about the whole K-1 process, we would have written just in English.
