I came to my husband in June using my visitor Visa. Afterwards he submitted the I 130 only since he didn t know whether he would leave US for an overseas job or not.We got NOA a week an a half after and then another NOA subsequently informing us the case was transferred to CA center.

As my husband got immediately after a job in the US, satisfactory in terms of income, we are now ready send away the AOS package to Chicago center.

Please tell me it is still ok to do this or this only implies the EAD and Advance Parole are out of the question.

Thank u in advance.
