Hey everybody, just letting out my excitement on getting the NOA1 today...finally lol. I sent it in the 10th, they recieved it the 12th, then I get back the return reciept and find out the checks cashed on the 16th. Then I finally got the NOA1 today on the 20th lol. Well, its better I got it today then never hahaha. Well, now comes the 4-5 month wait, which Im good about :P

K-1 TIMELINE

2-12-10: I-129F arrived at CSC

2-16-10: NOA1 issued

2-20-10: NOA1 hard copy received

4-5-10: NOA2 issued

4-9-10: NOA2 hard copy received

4-26-10: Embassy sent Toni a letter

6-9 & 11-10: Medical at SLMEC - PASSED!

7-1-10: Interview - BLUE

7-6-10: Submitted additional evidence of current sustained income (paychecks)

7-13-10: Visa Approved! (FINALLY!!!)

7-19-10: Visa Issued!

7-21-10: VISA IN HAND! (Thank God! The wait is finally over.)

8-26-10: POE: LAX

10-29-10 Wedding

AOS & EAD TIMELINE

4-1-11: AOS Package arrived at Chicago Lockbox

5-2-11: NOA issued for AOS & EAD

5-6-11: NOA hard copy received for AOS & EAD

5-6-11: Biometrics appointment letter received

Congrats!! We just got our NOA 1 yesterday, yay :):dance: Hopefully will be less then 4-5 month wait for the NOA 2...looks like some are coming through in the 70-90 day range!!!!

The wait does seem like its foreverrrrr lol, but then it shows up when you least expect it :P When I read mine, it said it got there on the 12th, and cashed my check and issued it on the 16th, then I get it on the 20th....shows how slow it all is lol. Im sure you will get it by now, then we wait a whiillllle for the NOA2 haha

Amazing how that little of "sorta green" paper makes us all so excited! I jumped up and down when I got mine and freaked out my neighbor, who thought I had a refund check...:P

Now, we wait.......patiently.... <_<

I know, that sorta green paper makes you feel all warm inside out of excitement....even if its the NOA1 it still feels good to get it. When I got it, I couldnt stop looking at it lol.
