There were a few other people that had that message. They got conflicting answers as to what that meant. If I recall, one case the rep said approved, then a supe got on the phone and said it wasn't yet. I am not being negative, but I would hold off celebration until that is confirmed. Good luck and I hope congratulations are in order.

As Dwar said, this message has been received by many people and it *seems* they are trying to say that yes, they did receive your RFE response. Other than that, we haven't seen any cases so far where this message meant approval - they send a different message indicating "This petition has been approved" when that is the case. Good luck.

Hi I dont want to make you upset but that status that you have on USCIS website is the same status that we got from from USCIS case online on April 25, 2006

I thought we got approved because as how i understand it says there that the approval is on its way. We even called after few days and operator told my fiancee that we are APPROVED but almost a month past we never got any hard copy of the NOA2 on the mail instead they touched as again on June 22, 2006

read below:

On June 22, 2006, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

We are on RFE (lack of documents not the IMBRA since we got NOA1 Jan 5, 2206)

Missing documents was his passport copy.

We got the detailed RFE letter (the hardcopy on mail) July 14, 2006 and resend it July 18, 2006

still waiting to be touch...NOA2 where are you?

They always gave false hope to people who are in this process
