My son only 6 months old, I did make a passport for him oversea already, he all set but my step-daughter just 6 years, should I file a nother I-130 or just attach her name to my wife form I-130?

Please help, and thanks in advance

one i130 for each one, one i130 for each parent, and 1 i130 for each sibling. You are a USC right?

you seem to be petitioning for a lot of people, do you earn enough to be everybody's sponsor or do you already have joint sponsors? The only nes who will take a very long time for a visa are your siblings

Your son is already a USC so he doesn't need an i130.

wife - I-130

step-daughter - I-130

sister - I-130

father - I-130

mother - I-130

no one is 'derivative' status here - you ARE the BIG KAHUNA.

I suggest you submit the wife and step daughter paperwork together.

I suggest you submit father, mother, sister paperwork together.

Remember - each person needs the filing fee - 355.

Later - will need seperate I-864 for EACH PERSON, and seperate DS-230, all during NVC processing.

GOOD LUCK !

it depends from what country is she from, but it will take more than 10 years.

she cannot come with your parents. so the question would be who would she stay with if your parents get the GC? It will take a very long time for her to come. we can't say how many because we don't know where's she from.

11 years is as good a guess as any.

But would her parents leave her behind at 15?
