It happens, yet in very rare cases. VSC sees the severity of the case....you should find yourself lucky

Don't worry, it will be approved...just keep strong.. I waited almost two yrs for mine to be approved..and just got my approval recently... Prayer is the way to go..Be happy don't worry!

Hi hotlanta, I got my I765 a month after I filed my I360 and I filed all my forms together. I also got the I131 approved too. When did u file your case?

I filed my case in october 2009,my only issue is that my I-360 is still at the same stage in reveiw or someting like that.did u receive any receipt for your I-485?

Hi hotlanta....Yes, I received all my receipts. My I360 is at the same place too...intial reveiw. You just have to be patient, hope and pray. Some cases takes up to a year to be approved others take 7 months. Let's hope ours process soon. I heard the cases in 2009 are processing much faster. Good luck and keep in touch.

thanks kymber22,i never received my I-485 recepit from my lawyer guess she'll be getting a call from me.hope before the end of the year my greencard is in my hand i've put it in the hands of the lord.

hi kymber i filled mine in novermber but am still waiting and waiting my prima will expire on may 5 hope they will do something before then
