Dear fellows,

It took me more than half a year to decide to write here, when I filed my petition I 360, in March 2009, I thought I will just wait, and just read other’s stories.. I just failed a marriage with a man that I loved deeply.

And maybe I was afraid, maybe anxious, maybe inpatient, but I never took the time to share my experience and get support and offer mine to other people who are in the same boat and need a, kind of like “ hang on in there, it will be ok” echo.

This is my journey:

Married to USC - September, 2008

I-360 Journey

March 29, 2009 - I-360 filed

June 14, 2009 -Prima facie determination 180 days

September 10, 2009 - Sent additional evidence

November 30, 2009 -Prima Facie Renewal valid for 180 days

January 8, 2010 -I-360-Request for additional Evidence

Adjustment of Status Journey

November, 2008 - I-485 and I-765 filed concurrently

March, 2009 - I-765 Card Production Ordered

June, 2009- I-485 Touched

Thank you and same to you. Hopefully u will get approval soon becaz they are working on the 2009 cases fast. I was looking at ur timeline and I was wondering why it took you so long to get the first prima facie? Anyways, take care and God bless!
