since you are married, make sure you gather all information possible (and more) for your rebuttal. what was the reason for the original denial? it must be overcome with your rebuttal process. good luck to you :star:

i dont no y denial later say only 13-03-2009 we have reurned i130 uscic for review

How was the interview? Did they give you a 221g at the time or what happpened? I understand the denial letter may not say much. But, what happened at the interview? Also, which consulate mumbai or delhi.

interview is good and ap for 16 week then hom invistgason 03feb 09 thne send later 221g for sand back uscis

so then my only query is wondering what happened during the home investigation? something triggered their suspicion, because they don't usually make home visits in india. i have seen it happen in several other countries.

but as i stated earlier, start gathering additional evidence to prove to uscis that this is not a marriage of convenience for any green card purposes.
