Required Vaccines

If I look here:

the colored bar chart for someone 27-49 years old, this would indicate that only Tdap, Varicella, and MMR, are required. The purple are "optional" unless some other risk factor is identified right?

I ask because in particular we can't find the seasonal flu vaccinne here anywhere, but I don't think we need it.

Flu shot is not a requirement for a visa or for greencard (not yet at least)

from the new 2009 guideline...it looks like Hep A & B are required now...see attached
