What visa did you come here with, and what immigration paperwork was lost? Did you keep copies? On what basis was your green card denied (ie are they saying you never sent anything and that is why ti was denied, or is there another reason)?

yes, are they saying that your GC is denied because you didnt file something timely or at all(according to them)? Good thing you do have the copy of the USPS receipt, but I hope you have copies of everything you sent in as well

good luck

Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

yes i appied before 90 days and i have copies for everything also i have the prove they lost my papers

Then you should try not to worry too much. You have copies of everything and you have proof that you sent it in timely. Did you ever get a notice of action for the packet you sent in? Or is this the first news that you got from them...that they are denying you? They couldnt really deny something that was never applied for(if they're saying they didnt receive it)

You said your husband has an infopass appointment on Monday right? Hopefully you will get some answers on how to go forward from here.

I know it's been a while for me dealing with USCIS, but if they didn't get something, shouldn't there have been an "RFE"? I haven't heard of just outright denying somebody for something missing. Generally, they're suppose to notify you of the missing document(s) and having i think 30 days to submit that evidence in. Best wishes to you in getting this matter taken care of.
