Hi all,

MY i-130 just got approved on October 13,2009. I only got the email/text from the USCIS process. I am unsure of what to do next? Do I just wait until case number is assigned and then the AOS bill etc is created? or can i start paying etc to make this faster once case number is assigned? Also when can i give them the email addresses? i heard the process is faster because you can get it via email? I have already asked my wife to get all the documentation for DS-230 ready. Should i ask her to mail it all to me so i can send it for her to the NVC for the process since i will act as the agent?

You will need to wait until they tell you what to do next. You need your case number first.

I called to get our case number and then after that we got an email the next day asking us to complete the DS-3032 form...once NVC gets that form you will get the first invoice for $70 and instructions for the AOS pack...you need the invoices to be generated before you can pay anything.

Then after they receive that the seecond invoice will generate along with instructions.

We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us...

am totally agreed and don`t pay in advance at all because sometimes it confused them system and did not shows you paid till later , i mean later later ,which sometimes takes long time till they fix it so go step by step and ya will find it goes smooth , have a smooth ride through NVC you almost there

mza001 - you don't qualify for NVC elcetronic processing - it's specific to China, Montreal and one other consulate.

However - stick with LingChe's Shortcuts - all the info you need is in there !!

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
