Is anybody twisting your arm to drink this stuff or any alcoholic beverage? When our daughter went to college, had a parents orientation about drinking and the college guys said they take a very strong stance against this. That was a load of BS, last semester, an 18 year old kid got so plastered stumbled down the steps of his dorm, and broke his neck, not only stoned, but stone dead. Quite an embarrassment to the university. Alcohol can either bring out the best or the worse in people, rape, want to pick a fight, or just fall asleep, vomiting is quite common.

You can say no.

The way I drink my whiskey is in Bailey's. :P No ice, or as you gents would put it, "neat". If no Bailey's is at hand I could consider coffee, some brown sugar, a splash of Dave's Macallan, some whipped cream and a little cinnamon on top. The best part of it is to watch him cringe.

He made me try his Laphroaig and he now knows he doesn't have to keep that one hidden. When he was in Sweden his brother in law gave him this nice new security feature for his whisky collection to keep it from being diluted with coffee and cream:

(It's a gag gift, takes a while to figure out how to open and a screwdriver once you get it figured out).

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Always neat, and always single malt, Laphroaig in particular. Johnny Walker Blue Label or of course Chivas are acceptable blended scotches.

 You are a man after my own heart. We really should leave these rotgut swillers to their own devices, and go out for a drink.

But you guys are NOT giving The Glenlivet Scotch its due. Attractively priced, Single malt, and tastes damn good!
