Does anyone have a sample of:

Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship (Each affidavit must contain the full name and address, date and place of birth of the person making the affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner of beneficiary, if any, and complete information and detailsexplaining how the person acquired his or herknowledge of your marriage)

I would really appreciate your help.

We used Affidavits from family and one friend.

They dont have to be format specific....

I found an example somewhere online(which i cant find now of course) but just told our people to write whatever they felt like they wanted to write but to add their full name, place of birth, address and contact info at the top of the letter, along with the schpeel of "i hereby declare and acknowledge that the above furnished information is true and written of my own free will" at the bottom before signing

good luck! :)

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Another question is if we've been married only a month and a few weeks what kind of evidence can i send if we dont have:

1. Documentation showing joint ownership or property; or (Because we dont live together yet hes still in mexico)

2. A lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence; or

3. Documentation showing co-mingling of financialresources; or (Can add him to an account)

4. Birth certificate(s) of child(ren) born to you, thepetitioner, and your spouse together; or (No children yet)

6. Any other relevant documentation to establish that there is an ongoing marital union. (what can this be?)

Do the affidavits have to be by a US Citizen or can it be anyone?

Usually, newlyweds only have #6...that would be your communications (emails phonebills n such) this is how you can prove that your relationship is ongoing. :D
