Upgrading preference , mother became US citizen

Hello,

My mother has just become a US citizen and I needed to upgrade my brothers preference from unmarried sons and da.. over 21 to the 1st preference.

NVC just send the DS 3032 from to my mother as sponsor. So what I did was used the email version for assigning the agent on this site and included both requests on there (request to upgrade the status and request to assign the agent), on the same email. I did this on Tuesday, and so far, haven't received anything from NVC.

Did I do this right? I didn't bother with mailing the form, at all! Thanks

Your mother is the petitioner? your mother must send the upgrade along with her citizenship documents
