Hi i just wanted to know if now is the right time to make an appointment to get an infopass. we had our interview a month ago and they didnt give any results after but i got a letter from them requesting the birth certificate of my daughter from my previous marriage(though shes not included in the petition) which i sent after a week but i didnt get any response after and the online status was very outdated.

If traveling to a infopass appointment is easy for you then it never does any harm to go and find out what is hapening with your case.

I am in the same boat. I scheduled an infopass after a lapse of one month. The outcome was, that I was turned back with the info that a decision has not been reached. I was told to check back in a months time if I have not heard from them by then. I was too asked for some documents that I had delivered by hand. I asked if the documents were recieved. Was told, they must have otherwise my case would have been denied by now. Am planning on going back to inquire after the second month is up.

iknow that they got the documents because i sent it via express mail and i have the signature of whoever who got it but i dont know if it was even touched.

What do i need to bring going for an Infopass should i bring the documents that i brought during the interview?

Yes, carry everything from the recent interview and docs requested from them. Good luck
