Hi everyone,

Wondering if anyone can advise.

I am filling out the paperwork to bring my 3 stepdaughters here. We are at the NVC stage where I am to send in I-864.

I called INS and received my tax transcripts. Here's where I'm not sure if I'm not getting it, or missing something.

The tax transcripts only show total income filed (my husband-their father LPR, and I filed jointly). My husband will be co-sponsoring.

When filling out the I-864 they want to know my income correct? How do I figure out accurately what part of the total is mine and what part is my husbands?

Thank you so much to anyone who has any help.

When I was at the interview for my step-daughter, the CO asked for a W-2 which I didn't have. So she had us fill out an I-864A and that solved the problem. Just put your income on the I-864 and your husband's on the I-864A. Additionally, you can also send in your W-2's with the transcripts.

Good luck with everything.
