My lovely fiancee received the "packet 3" the other day and i still havent prepared my 1-134 forms. I just graduated undergrad last semester and left my job a few weeks ago to move back in with the family for a while. For the time being i am unemployed and studying vehemently for GRE's so i can attend grad school next August. My father is going to be our co-sponsor, however, i have a few questions on how to fill the i-134 form out.

1.) For question #7 what should i put down? "student"? i am not currently a student but intend to be next year and putting "none" or something does sound kind of bad. Also, should i include anything else aside from my tax returns and w-2's for the past 3 years? I just received my last pay stub from my prior job where i worked part-time and accumulated around $9,000 this year... but should i even include pay stubs or anything since i am not employed anymore??

2.) The second question concerns my father filling out the co-sponsor i-134. He is an inveterate high-school teacher and i don't think he gets pay stubs or have a direct boss. Aside from his tax returns and w-2 forms should he still inquire a letter that proves employment?

3.) should HE write "none" for question #10 on i-134?

4.) what should HE write under question #11?

5.) For question #8 on i-134, what would make the difference between being "partially dependent" from "wholly dependent"? if there is not enough room for all the names should i just write "see attached document _____" and leave it blank?

6.) Lastly, in my fiancee's packet 3 it says: "to send in Complete and return immediately to this office the enclosed DS-230 I, Immigrant Visa Application Part I, Biographic Data."

I am not exactly sure what those last two are.... are they all part of the DS-230? and should she hodl off on sending it until i get the i-134 forms in order?

My apologies on the looong post and any responses would be very so greatly appreciated~

God Bless

#6 - That is all one form, the DS-230, parts I and II. She should fill out DS-230 part I and send it in along with her letter of readiness and don't sign part II, as she will have to sign it at the embassy with a witness during her interview.
