Hi All,

I'm Charmee and I'm new in the forum , I got married last Aug 1 this year in Quezon City, I applied for a certified true copy of our MC and it is authenticated by the NSO officer in the city hall. It's in a blue color paper. Will this be alright to start the I-130?

And can I request for an endorsement letter from the LCR to NSO to get the real NSO certified MC as soon as possible?

Many thanks :innocent:

We used the certified copy from the local registar with our I-130 and I129F submissions since we did the K3. We got approved.

hello, welcome on VJ!

yes you can, in fact NSO themselves would tell you to get a advance endorsement request from your LCR, then bring it to them and in one week or so you'll have your MC which you will be needing for NVC processing. also, what you've got now is fine to start the visa app.

good luck!
