I am surrounded by documents even when I close my eyes to sleep at night I see them. My question is about the name on top of the form G-325A where the family name goes. Do we put her new married name there, or her maiden name when filing for adjustment of status?

If your wife wants her married name on green card put that one, if maiden name put maiden name

Her legal name. If she took your name at marriage, then it is married name.

For AOS filing - if you intend to use the married name (rather than maiden) - you should use the married name on all the forms.

The G-325A has a field for "all other names used' where you would list her maiden name.

Exactly are you talking about also " All other names used " ( include names by previous marriage ) ? should put maiden?
