greetings to all VJr's!

Does anyone here got there babies with them going US at the same time?Hope you could help me figuring it out!

I was just so confused on how the K-2 visa works for my baby 7 mos. old. (in my name)

I should really take my baby with me going to the US, he's still full breastfeeding . So I would want to get a K-1 and K-2 visa at the same time.

How does that work? to make sure that i will travel with him.

We include him on my I-129F form and i read that that is good enough. Should his name also written on the NOA1 and 2? 'Coz i got it already and just my name written there as beneficiary, so i'm wonderring if they overlooked him?

and how about on the medical? will the infant needs to examine too? and on the interview..will i need to take him too?

Hope to get info's and advices from here.

Thank you and God Bless to all!!

Including him in the petition is perfectly "good enough" for the petition. NO the babies name wil not appear on any paperwork for the petition. The baby will need a medical exam and will have to apply for a K-2 visa just the same as you apply for a K-1. You or your fiancee can prepare the paperwork for the baby and you can sign for the baby. Fees are the same. Your fiance needs to send a separate I-134 for the baby. It is an entirely separate visa and also AOS when you arrive...it is YOU time 2, so to speak.

The baby does not have to go to the interview (in most consulates) and does not need a police certificate, other than that, they need all the same things you do, same forms, same fees, etc.
