Where exactly do I find "Last Updated" date on USCIS website?

When I log on I don't see anything about the "last updated" date...but everyone says this is the touch date...where am I supposed to look? Confused! What I do see:

Current Status: Case received and pending.

On March 5, 2009, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. Instead of just putting in the case number, if you actually sign into your account, you will see your portfolio of cases. This is where the last updated part is listed.

When I log onto the USCIS website it states that my "last updated" was the 29th of July. Does this mean that my case has been touched?? Could it just be that they have cashed the check or a possible RFE?
