we will soon have the second interview (will be taped) ,and they are asking(on interview letter) for employment letters of both of us ,but we are not employed now (I got my EAD and we moved to an other state but not lucky to find a job yet).

they also asking for medical examen that we gave them in less than a year.

Please we need your help with these questions

Who is the sponsor? If it is one of you that is unemployed I would suggest you get a co sponsor just in case. However it was suggested for you to consult with a few attorney's especially as this is the second interview what happened in the first place for them to give you a second interview?

the petitioner is the sponsor ,but have enough assets.

at the 1 interview the IO issue us a RFE and we responded .

OK so prepare your self for the stokes interview, does not matter if you are not working as long as you have the assests, now you need to be super prepared for the second interview. Good Luck

In this economy there is not a problem for person who has not found a job. Just google Stokes interview and read all you can

You've asked a lot of pretty basic questions in this thread.

Given that you've already failed to pass the easier first interview, and are unwilling or unable to research the answers to these questions and educate yourself about the fine details of this process, I think you should do as others in this thread have already recommended and get a good lawyer to do it for you.

I'm not trying to be short with you, but I believe you are doing yourself a great disservice to be relying on this one thread without doing other reading to pass this very important hurdle in your life.

One thing I have learned about this process is that it's a lot of hard work. You have to be responsible for learning the whole process and what is expected of you and when. VJ is a great resource-but no one here can just hand out all the answers for you.

The fact that you are having a second interview makes me wonder how prepared you were the first time. Some people need a lawyer to get them through the process. You may be one of them if you're having a hard time getting everything straight yourself.

It will not matter that the EAD holder does not have a job. However, since neither of you has a job at this time, be prepared to show proof that the sponsor does meet all the guidelines. Read up on the Stokes interview. You will be asked a lot of questions. If you truly have a bona fide marriage it should not be difficult for you.
