....and most lunch meats. :( I used to try and avoid it, but I've been getting lunch a lot at Subway...dammit.

If I dont have much time to cook, Top Ramen! With plenty of red chili sauce and whatever chopped veggies I have around... YUM! ^_^

And if I am thinking ahead, nothing beats a good slow-cooked beef stew made with red curry paste, coconut milk, little red potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, and a few garlic cloves for good measure. I love my slow-cooker. It's guy-proof!

Spaghetti Carbonara for me. Always has been my favourite food. Cream, ham (don't like it with bacon, like so many do), egg yolks. Heavenly. I like the sound the creamy pasta makes when you roll it up with your fork, such a rich sound. Warm and heavy, sits nicely in your stomach and makes you cosy from the inside. :luv:

Egyptian "macarona beshamel" which is pene pasta with a tomatoe/meat sauce on the bottom and cheese sauce on the top and it's baked then put under the broiler and my favorite auntie is on her way over to cook some for dinner tonight and I'm so excited because I love this stuff so much that I can't even think about proper punctuation.
