American/Mexican guy marrying a Dutch woman

Who can give us information on the following ;

my fiance is an American national with a Mexican nationality too, in other words, he has dual nationality. At the moment he lives in Mexico. I am a Dutch national living in Holland. We want to get married and move to the States, but have no idea how to go about doing so.

See, he has his work in Mexico and wouldnt be moving to the States permanently, he would be coming home to the States every weekend. I, on the other hand would be living in the States, but therefor need a green card in order to be able to live and work there.

So........how can we get married, make sure that I get a green card and yet not have my fiance be forced to move permanently to the States, thereby losing his work.

We would most likely be getting married in Holland, but Mexico is a probablity too.

I know this is complicated but we really would appreciate any info you can give us.
