I am a US citizen and petitioning my mom for GC, we received a letter for finger print appointment for July 25th, two days ago we received another letter stated our case has been transferred to CSC, i wonder if this is normal? I thought it would be transferred after her finger print and I don't recall when I apply for GC i had ever received this kind of letter. Anyone has similar experience?

Quite normal to be transfered CSC

We had ours transfered to CSC also and received our green card without interview ..good luck

Thanks for your reply. I hope our case would be as fast as yours! By the way, what does it mean by "touched". I saw a lot people have this in their signature...
