any k3 VJers who filed for AP?

some websites are confusing.

USCIS stated on their website that K3s/K4s need not apply for an Advance Parole.

but other website advise that you should file for it.

any inputs would be of help.

Thanks :)

K3 is a multiple entry visa so advance parole would not be needed.

Perhaps if the travel was near the expiration of the K3 visa and the AOS had not been completed Advance Parole may be needed.
