My recommendation is to wait for few weeks and re apply with a new set of application forms and refrain from the word temporary.

Did you read her post properly? This is what she did and she was still denied on her second application

Some people have exceptional skills and can do even complicated visa and immigration issues on their own; others really need the help of a lawyer. Given that I had a very hard time to even grasp the OP's post in its context (still don't know if I did), I'd say get an immigration advocate ASAP. By the time you get it right on your own, your child might be already in Kindergarten and you have been deported from the UK.

I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but your post clearly shows that you need qualified help in this matter.
