I-130 question

3 posts in this topic

I see a lot of people submitting copies of the beneficiary's birth certificate and passport pages for the I-130 but it's not listed as required items by the USCIS. Are these necessary for the I-130?

thanks,

Jason

Yup, ur right, they are not required, but just to be on the safe side, it doesn't hurt if you send them a copy of the beneficiary's birth certificate. We did send mine :)
