Ok.. I filed i130 for my husband in February and two weeks later filed for my k3 i129f) They have them, together, one officer told me to write and have the k3 withdrawn as it would delay my i130 approval because of processing time...another told me complete opposite,,, the first officer she said there are two teams , once 130 is approved, because of the k3 being attached it would then be sent to k3 team and sit til the date catches up...true or false...also, my i130 was assigned to an officer today...another thing if my co. files me as self employed on my taxes but im a sales mgr...how do i submit under job position...as my taxes state or my busioness cards state?? Very confused, frustrated tired, blessed, grateful, happy....boy im a mess! lol
